     module-definition (.DEF) file.
 
     One of the following may have occurred:
 
        ■ A filename was not specified.
 
        ■ More than one filename was specified.
 
        ■ A long filename was specified without being enclosed in
          quotation marks or was enclosed in one single and one double
          quotation mark.
