     'sbrfile' : cannot open file
 
     SBRPACK cannot open the given .SBR file.
 
     One of the following may be a cause:
 
        ■ The .SBR file does not exist. Check the spelling.
 
        ■ The .SBR file was locked by another process.
 
     This error ends SBRPACK with exit code 3.
