MAKEPLINFOSEG(sel)
 
The MAKEPLINFOSEG macro creates a far (32-bit) pointer to the first byte in
the local information segment. The macro assumes that the selector specified
by the sel parameter has been retrieved by using the DosGetInfoSeg
function.

sel        Specifies the segment selector of the local information segment.
