Explanation
 
The name specified should be one of the following:
 
1. The name of an MS OS/2 internal command.
2. The name of an MS OS/2 external command.
3. The name of an executable program whose file extension
   is .EXE or .COM.
4. The name of a batch file whose file extension is .CMD.
For cases 2, 3 and 4 (if a path for the command was
not specified at the command prompt), the file must reside in
the current directory or in one of the directories specified
by the PATH environment variable.
