One of the following conditions exists:
 
     1. A Cyclic Redundancy Check error has occurred.
     2. The file is being used by another
        process.
     3. Too many files are already open.
     4. The diskette is not a DOS diskette.
 
Action
 
Correct the problem or wait. Then retry the command.
