This error usually occurs when:
 
1. The file requested does not have read or
   write access.
2. The file has been changed.
3. The filename is not correct.
4. The path is not correct.
 
Do one of the following:
 
1. Change the file mode to read or write.
2. Restore the file to its original state.
3. Check the spelling of the filename.
4. Check the spelling of the pathname.
