■ Make sure the drive or directory you specified
  exists and that you typed the pathname
  correctly. Remember, the pathname begins with
  the drive name (such as C:\, followed by
  subdirectory name(s), and the filename. A
  sample pathname might look like this:
  C:\WORD\MEMOS\LEMONDE.DOC.
