PREFERENCES DIALOG BOX (Screen 1 of 4) Non-Printing Characters Turn on the check box for the non-printing characters you want to show on the Word screen. Turn on the Show All check box to show all non-printing characters. Show Line Breaks: With Line Breaks turned on, you can see where lines will be broken in the printed document. Style Bar: Turn on or off to show or hide the styles you have applied to your text. Window Borders: Turn on or off to show or hide window borders. Cursor Control You can change the cursor speed by selecting a number, 0 (slower) through 9 (faster).
