RECORD MACRO DIALOG BOX (Screen 1 of 1)
Macro Name
Type the name of the macro you want to record.
Macro Keys
To assign a key code to the macro, press
Ctrl+ a one- or two-character key combination.
For example, if you press Ctrl+M,S, <ctrl M>S
will display in the Macro Keys box. When you
press Ctrl+M,S in a document, Word will run the
macro. Two-character key codes allow more range
in naming and storing large numbers of macros.
You can also use Ctrl+Shift+a key combination,
or a single function key for a key code.
