Choose a category of Help by pressing the Tab key
or the first letter of the category (the angle
brackets < > will highlight), then press Enter.
Use Shift+Tab to move up the Index. Using the
mouse, point to a category and click the left
button. To exit Help, press Esc or choose Exit.
