MS-DOS includes three.CPI files: EGA.CPI, EGA2.CPI, and EGA3.CPI. The
EGA.CPI is the default .CPI file. The EGA2.CPI and EGA3.CPI files provide
additional codepages not supported by EGA.CPI. (For more information, see
the COUNTRY.TXT file.)
