  Description

  Generally used to optimize stores to char, int, and long arrays. It
  stores indirect a value using a far pointer and a scaled offset on the
  stack.

  Pseudocode equivalent:

  lp<t> = (<t> far *)PopL() + PopW() * sizeof(<t>);
  *lp<t> = Pop<t>();

  lpw[i] = 10;             /* generates StifoW */
