     Window menu, Maximize command («_pwbmaximize»)
 
     Macro  _pwbmaximize
 
     Choose Maximize to enlarge the active window to its largest
     possible size. Only the window, the menu bar, and the status bar
     appear on the PWB screen.
 
     When a window is maximized and the scroll bars are turned off, PWB
     also turns off the window borders. This is the "clean screen"
     look. Turn off scroll bars by using the Winstyle function
     («winstyle»).
