     Compile list full, try later
 
     There can be no more than 32 background build and compile
     operations queued at one time.
 
     Wait until at least one background operation has ended. Then enter
     the command again.
 
     NOTE: Cancel Build, _pwbcancelbuild, and the sequence Arg Meta
           Compile cancel the current background operation and all
           queued operations.
