  Description:  Multiplex Interrupt
 
  Provides a general-purpose avenue of communication with another process
  or with MS-DOS extensions, such as the print spooler, ASSIGN, SHARE, and
  APPEND. The multiplex number in register AH specifies the process being
  communicated with. The range 00H-BFH is reserved for MS-DOS; applica-
  tions may use the range C0H-FFH.
