  Syntax:  WIDTH {recordfieldname|record}
 
  Returns width (in bits) of a record or record field. The width of a
  field is the number of bits assigned for that field; the value of the
  field is the starting position (from the right) of the field.
 
  recordfieldname   The name of any field defined in any record.
 
  record            Any defined record.
