& (Substitute Operator)
   Operator Summary  Summary  Example

  Syntax:  parm1&parm2
           &parm
           parm&
 
  Used within a macro or repeat block; enables parameter substitution to
  take place for both parm1 and parm2. The resulting strings are then
  joined together to form one symbol. You can join any number of strings
  with &. This operator can also be used to force parameter substitution
  within a quoted string.
