A device has returned a hardware error, which can indicate
one of the following conditions:
   ■ If you are attempting to print a file, the printer
     is not attached to the device LPT1.
   ■ If you are transmitting data to a communications file,
     the signals being tested with the OPEN COM statement
     were not received within the timeout period.
