Use to leave the QBasic environment.
 
If your program file has changed since you last saved it,
QBasic displays a dialog box.
  ■ Choose <Yes> to save your program, including changes.
  ■ Choose <No> to discard your changes.
  ■ Choose <Cancel> to cancel the Exit command and return
    to your program.
