Use to display the Help table of contents. The Help table
of contents provides a topical guide to the information in
QBasic Help.
 
To get help on any item in the table of contents:
  1. Choose the Contents command from the Help menu.
  2. Press the letter key corresponding to the first letter
     of the item. Repeat until the cursor is on the topic
     you want help on.
  3. Press F1.
