  Constant:  CLOCKS_PER_SEC, CLK_TCK
 
  Include:   <time.h>
 
  Synopsis:  The time in seconds is the value returned by the clock
             function, divided by CLOCKS_PER_SEC. CLK_TCK is
             equivalent, but considered obsolete.
