Include: <stdio.h>
Syntax: FILE *freopen( char *filename, char *mode, FILE *stream );
mode: r, w, a, r+, w+, a+, t, b
(appended to <mode> to indicate type)
Returns: a pointer to the newly opened file if successful, or a
NULL pointer if not.
