Syntax: int locking( int handle, int mode, long nbytes );
mode: LK_LOCK, LK_NBLCK, LK_NBRLCK, LK_RLCK, LK_UNLCK
Returns: 0 if successful, or -1 if not.
errno: EACCES, EBADF, EDEADLOCK, EINVAL
