Syntax: long lseek( int handle, long offset, int origin );
origin: SEEK_CUR, SEEK_END, SEEK_SET
Returns: the new position offset (in bytes) from the beginning of
the file if successful, or -1L if not.
errno: EBADF, EINVAL
