     Error: A2136
     LOCAL directive must be in procedure or macro
 
     You used the LOCAL directive outside of a macro or procedure
     block. The LOCAL directive is meaningful only inside one of these
     constructs. Inside a macro definition, the LOCAL directive
     creates temporary labels and symbols. Inside a procedure, it
     generates instructions that allocate room for stack variables.
