     The option named is incompatible with one-pass assembly (which is
     the default behavior of the assembler). The assembler therefore
     assumes two-pass assembly and continues.
 
     Generation of an assembly listing (/Fl) and alphabetical-segment
     ordering (/a) both require two-pass assembly.
