 Returns a serial number that represents the time of the argument.
 
    TIMEVALUE(time$)
 
    ■ time$  A time between 0:00:00 (12:00:00 A.M.) and 23:59:59
             (11:59:59 P.M.), inclusive; time$ value can be entered as
             "2:24PM" or "14:24"; date information, if included in time$,
             is ignored
