 Sizing Handles
 
 ■ Sizing handles are small highlighted squares that are displayed on the
   edges of an object when it is drawn or selected at design time. Mouse
   users can use the sizing handles to resize a form or control by clicking
   and dragging. For example, highlighted squares identify the sizing handles
   of this file list box when it is selected:
