  The Contents command displays a topical table of
  contents for the QuickPascal Advisor. Every heading
  (such as "Using QuickPascal") and subheading (such as
  "Keyboard") is a link to another help screen. To use
  the table of contents
 
    1. Use the scroll bars and arrow keys to move
       through the list.
 
    2. Place the cursor on a topic and press F1 or ENTER
       to see help on that topic.
