Index Command
  The Index command displays an alphabetic list of
  reserved words.  Reserved words are words whose use is
  predefined, such as keywords, function names, and
  directives. To use the index
 
    1. Notice the alphabet at the top of the screen. Type
       a letter and press ENTER to see a list of entries
       starting with that letter.
 
    2. Use the scroll bars and arrow keys to move
       through the list.
 
    3. Press F1 or ENTER to get help on the topic above
       the cursor.
