Disk is write-protected
  You tried to write to a disk that is write-protected.
 
  Try one of the following:
 
    ■ Insert a different disk in the disk drive.
 
    ■ Remove the write-protect tape covering the notch on
      a 5.25" disk or move the sliding tab on a 3.5" disk.
