     The process encountered an unexpected error pertaining to RTWIN
     functionality.
 
     One of the following may have occurred:
 
        ■ The program was built without RTWIN support but tried to
          access RTWIN functionality.
 
        ■ An RTWIN operation failed in an unrecoverable manner.
