     Fatal NMAKE error U1084
 
     cannot create temporary file 'filename'
 
     NMAKE was unable to create a temporary file it needed for
     processing the description file.
 
     The following are possible causes of this error:
 
        ■ The file already exists with a read-only attribute.
 
        ■ There is insufficient disk space to create the file.
 
        ■ The TMP environment variable was set to an invalid directory
          or path.
