Microsoft CompuServe Forum
If you are a member of the CompuServe Information Service, you
have immediate access to The Microsoft Connection online. To
access the Microsoft support area once you are connected, enter
GO MICROSOFT. For assistance with Microsoft BASIC Languages,
enter GO MSBASIC where you will find specialized Visual Basic
assistance.
Not a CompuServe member yet? CompuServe makes it easy to join.
Enclosed in your Visual Basic package is an Introductory
Membership that includes everything you need to join CompuServe
immediately, including a personal User ID, a private Password,
one month of free basic service and a $15.00 usage credit to
visit The Microsoft Connection, or any of CompuServe's extended
or premium services. The only equipment you'll need is a
computer, communications software, a modem and a phone line.
If you do not have the Introductory Membership, in the US and
Canada call, 800-524-3388, Germany 0130-37-32, UK 0800-289-378,
and elsewhere, 614-457-0802, and ask for Representative #230.
The Introductory Membership will be sent to you in the mail.
If you are having trouble accessing the Service, the CompuServe
Customer Service Department offers help, day or night. Call in
