DOS Idle Interrupt

     Int 28h allows TSRs that call DOS to safely interrupt
     certain DOS functions. These functions set up a stack that the
     TSR must preserve by not calling any of the functions listed on
     the Summary screen. However, the TSR may call other DOS services.
