              region.
 
  <x3>        Specifies the width of the ellipse used to create the
              rounded corners.
 
  <y3>        Specifies the height of the ellipse used to create the
              rounded corners.
 
  Remarks
 
  Creates a rectangular region with rounded corners that is stored in the
  CRgn object.
