     Enablealtgr (Boolean)
 
     The Enablealtgr switch determines if PWB recognizes the ALTGR key
     (the right-hand ALT key) on international keyboards as ALTGR
     (Graphic Alt) or ALT.
 
     When ALTGR is enabled, pressing an ALTGR+key combination produce
     the corresponding graphic character. ALTGR is never recognized as
     a key name for use in PWB key assignments.
 
     Syntax
 
     Enablealtgr:{ yes | no }
 
     yes     Recognize the right ALT key as ALTGR.
 
     no      Recognize the right ALT key as ALT.
 
     Default
 
     Enablealtgr:no
