  Description:                                          [PC] [AT] [PS/2]
 
     Invoked when pulse is detected on hardware interrupt line IRQ3
     (Interrupt Request 3), signalling data received at COM2 serial
     port.
 
     This interrupt should not be called directly. Default service is
     interrupt return (IRET). To trap Int 0Bh calls, a program must set
     up a handler routine to gain control when the interrupt occurs.
