  Interrupt: 0Ch

  Title: Primary Communications Port (COM1:)

See also: Secondary Communications Port, COM Port Interrupt

  Description: [PC] [AT] [PS/2]

Invoked when pulse is detected on hardware interrupt line IRQ4
(Interrupt Request 4), signalling data received at COM1 serial
     port.

This interrupt should not be called directly. Default service is
interrupt return (IRET). To trap Int 0Ch calls, a program must set
up a handler routine to gain control when the interrupt occurs.
