  Description:                                                      [PC]
 
     Turns on the motor of the cassette tape drive. This function is
     available only on the PC and the PCjr. It is not supported on the
     PC/XT and all subsequent models.

     AH = 00h     If function successful
                    Carry flag: clear
 
                  If function unsuccessful
                    Carry flag: set
                    AH = Status (86h if cassette not present)
