DELETEINDEX removes an index from an ISAM database.
 
DELETEINDEX [#]filenumber%,indexname$
    ■ The argument filenumber% is the number used in the OPEN statement
      to open the table.
    ■ The argument indexname$ is the name used in the CREATEINDEX statement
      to create the index.
