INSERT adds a new record to an ISAM table.
 
INSERT [#]filenumber%,recordvariable
    ■ The argument filenumber% is the number used in the OPEN statement
      to open the table.
    ■ The argument recordvariable is the record you wish to insert. It is
      a variable of the user-defined type corresponding to the table.
 
Usage Notes
    ■ INSERT places the contents of recordvariable in the table, and
      updates the table's indexes to include the new record.
    ■ INSERT has no effect on the current position.
    ■ BASIC removes trailing spaces from strings used in an insert.
