  Include:   <stdio.h>
 
  Syntax:    FILE* _fwopen( struct _wopeninfo *wopeninfo,
                            struct _wsizeinfo *wsizeinfo, char *mode );
             mode: "r", "w", "r+", "w+"
             ("t" or "b" appended to <mode> to indicate type)
 
  Returns:   A pointer to FILE if successful, or NULL if not.
