     CodeView menu commands are listed on the menu bar at the top of
     the screen. You open menus by choosing the appropriate command
     from the menu bar.
 
     The menu "highlight" is a reverse-video or colored strip
     indicating the current selection in a menu. You can move the
     highlight up or down to change the current selection.
 
     Some menu commands display dialog boxes. Dialog boxes appear in
     the center of the screen when you choose a menu command that
     requires a response. The box prompts you for a response and
     disappears after you enter your answer.
