Adminstrative Functions

The network driver can provide a variety of administrative functions to
allow File Manager to keep up-to-date information about directories on
network servers.
 
Function              Description
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
WNetDirectoryNotify   Notifies File Manager of changes to a network
                      directory.
 
WNetGetDirectoryType  Retrieves the type (normal or network) of a given
                      directory.
 
In Windows 3.1, these administrative functions are limited to modifying
directory icons, and getting notification of directory manipulations.
