The GpiQueryBitmapParameters function retrieves information about the bitmap
identified by the hbm parameter. The function copies the bitmap width,
height, and number of color planes and adjacent color bits to the structure
pointed to by the pbmp parameter.
Parameter Description

hbm Identifies the bitmap.
pbmp Points to the BITMAPINFOHEADER structure that receives the
information for the specified bitmap.
Return Value
The return value is GPI_OK if the function is successful or GPI_ERROR if an
error occurred.
Errors
Use the WinGetLastError function to retrieve the error value, which may be
one of the following:
PMERR_INV_HBITMAP
PMERR_INV_HPS
PMERR_PS_BUSY
