An application sends a BM_QUERYHILITE message to determine the highlighting
state of a button control.
 
This message does not use any parameters.
 
Return Value
 
The return value is TRUE if the button is highlighted, or FALSE if the
button is not highlighted or if the button was not created with the
BS_PUSHBUTTON style.
