An application sends an LM_SELECTITEM message to set the selection state of
an item in a list-box control. If the control is a single-selection list
box, the previous selected item is deselected.
 
Parameter  Description

iItem      Low word of mp1. Specifies the index of the item to select or
           deselect.
 
fSelect    Low word of mp2. Indicates if the item should be selected or
           deselected. A value of TRUE selects the item; a value of FALSE
           deselects the item.
 
Return Value
 
The return value is TRUE if the operation is successful or FALSE if an error
occurs.
