An application sends an MM_QUERYITEMTEXTLENGTH message to determine the
length of a menu item that has the style MIS_TEXT.
 
Parameter  Description

idItem     Low word of mp1. Identifies the item.
 
Return Value
 
The return value is the length (in characters) of the text of the item
specified by the idItem parameter, or zero if an error occurs.
