The WM_OTHERWINDOWDESTROYED message is sent to all child windows of the
desktop when a window registered by the WinRegisterWindowDestroy function is
being destroyed.

hwnd       Low and high word of mp1. Identifies the window being destroyed.
 
Return Value
 
An application should return zero if it processes this message.
